In the event of any damage of loss whilst the vehicle is out on a test drive or under my control, I agree to pay any insurance excess payable by the dealer under their respective policy (when the loss cannot be recovered from a third party).
I acknowledge that if any damage or loss is to be incurred whilst I am in control of the vehicle and under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found to be driving in a dangerous, culpable or negligent manner, I will be solely and wholly responsible for such loss. I acknowledge that I will be wholly responsible and liable for any infringements issued or incurred whilst I am in control of the vehicle, including but not limited to parking infringements, speeding fines, camera offences and traffic violations. I consent to We Buy All Cars collecting and retaining my details on this document for the purpose of discussing or furthering an offer too purchase or sell a motor vehicle and contacting me accordingly.
